Administrative Clerk – Full Time
Directly reporting to the CAO, the Administrative Clerk is accountable for: Daily Reception, Administrative Support, Communication, Inventory Management and Health and Safety. The Administrative Clerk is ultimately responsible for preparing correspondence, reports, statements and other material, operate office equipment, answer telephones, verify, record and file documents and perform general clerical duties according to established procedures.
Experience & Education Preference
• Knowledge of generally accepted office practices
• Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma
• Diploma or Degree in a related field would be an asset.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
Working conditions
This position entails a high level of interaction with seniors, fast-paced environment; work under pressure; repetitive tasks; attention to detail; combination of sitting, standing, walking and requires physical endurance.
